Max Regnier

Max Regnier is an attorney specializing in the areas of Estate Planning & Elder Law Services.  Prior to that, Mr. Regnier practiced in the areas of probate and estate planning litigation.  With extensive experience in estate planning, elder law, and litigation, Mr. Regnier is dedicated to providing ethical, fair, and comprehensive legal solutions to complicated legal matters such as long-term care asset protection planning, cases involving elder abuse and exploitation, probate and trust disputes, and special needs estate planning.

Mr. Regnier earned his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, and his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.  Mr. Regnier is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Community involvement is an integral part of our philosophy.  Mr. Regnier serves his community by sitting on the Board of Directors for community non-profits and coaching his son’s sports teams.   Mr. Regnier is a member of the Probate and Estate Planning and Elder Law sections of the State Bar of Michigan, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Oakland County Bar Association and the Livingston Bar Association.
